Approach & Outcome

  • Scanned global and target country websites of competitor companies to understand the current engagement options for HCPs and patients
  • Also studied brand websites of top brands of each competitor; the brands were then categorized across patient engagement content, patient support programs and advocacy and support groups
  • Also studied pharma patient services as a part of patient engagement
  • Developed final summary report which included key learnings for HCP engagement, patient support initiatives
  • Identified priority areas for consideration and high level roadmap
