  • Client has approached Healthark to Prioritize it’s select portfolio of products to optimize their Investment decision
  • The selected products need to be analyzed and recommendation need to be provided in terms of investment category along with clear rationale

Approach & Outcome

  • 75 products from client’s primary care portfolio on which decision is uncertain were selected for the Prioritization
  • A 2 x 2 prioritization framework was created with market attractiveness and product performance as dimensions
  • Multiple KPI’s have been modeled under each dimension to derive the scores / categorization of each product on both the dimensions
  • Entire modeling exercise along with key metrics were deployed on a Excel dashboard with interactive dropdowns
  • Final recommendation along with clear rationale has been shared for each of the select product
